To deliver orders with Favor, you need to verify your identity with our trusted partner, Persona. Runners will be randomly selected to verify their identity in the Runner app.
To verify your identity when prompted, you must submit a photo of your valid driver’s license and a selfie.
Here are tips for successful verification:
- Have your ID readily available
- Use good lighting when taking the selfies
- Turn left and right when prompted by Persona (the site will automatically take photos)
If fraudulent activity is detected during your ID verification, you may be temporarily suspended and could be permanently deactivated, per the Runner Community Guidelines.
