Favor aims to deliver for Texas like no one else can, and Runners play an important part. With the Elite Runner pilot program, our goal is to give top Runners access to exclusive perks.
What does it mean to be an Elite Runner?
Elite Runners are the top-performing Runners who deliver consistently, maintain stellar acceptance and completion rates, and are highly rated by customers. Being an Elite Runner is a badge of pride—and comes with great perks!
How can I become an Elite Runner?
This pilot program will roll out in phases, and Runners will be randomly assigned to each phase. Once you have access to the program, you must have the following stats to become an Elite Runner:
- An acceptance rate of 75% or more
- A completion rate of 90% or more
- A Runner rating of 4.5 or more
- 25 or more Favors completed in the past 30 days
Once you meet all four stats, you’ll become an Elite Runner!
Acceptance rate, completion rate, and Runner rating are all on a rolling basis, meaning they are calculated out of the last 100 Favors accepted, completed, or rated. If you have not been offered, completed, or rated on 100 Favors, they are based on the total Favors offered, completed, or rated so far.

Free Instant Pay transfers
Earn free Instant Pay transfers based on your metrics
You will receive the Instant Pay transfers after you've been an Elite Runner for 30 days in a row, and again for every following 30-day streak. Runners with a 30-day Favor count of 25+ will get 5 transfers and Runners with a 30-day Favor count of 100+ will get an additional 5 transfers (for a total of 10 transfers). Transfers will be available to use the day after you reach your 30th day as an Elite Runner.
When do my Favor perks expire?
The Instant Pay transfers expire 30 days after they are issued. The rest of the perks are available as long as you maintain your Elite Runner status!
Once I become an Elite Runner, how long will I have that status?
As long as your stats stay at or above the Elite Runner thresholds stated above, you will have Elite Runner status.
How will I know if my stats meet Elite Runner status?
You can view your stats in the Ratings section of the Runner app. The lightning bolt above the tracking bar will show you the threshold for Elite Runner status for each rating. Your stats in the Ratings section will refresh daily.
Can I lose Elite Runner status?
Yes, if any of the qualifying stats fall below the required thresholds, you will lose Elite Runner status. You can regain status if you get your stats back up!
Are all Runners eligible to be Elite Runners?
The new Elite Runner program will roll out in phases, and Runners will be randomly assigned to each phase until all Runners have access. Inclusion has not been influenced by a Runner’s history, location, ratings, or other criteria. Runners who have an account in good standing will be eligible to become an Elite Runner. If your account is deactivated or under review, you may not qualify.
We recommend keeping your app up to date (and turning on automatic updates!) to see this program as it becomes available to you.
