Subcontracting

As described in the Favor Runner Software Agreement, you may engage subcontractors to assist in fulfilling Favors or to fulfill Favors on your behalf. 

All subcontractors must have their own active Favor Runner account and must be in good standing. All subcontractors must be unique individuals, you cannot create multiple accounts for the same person.

You must comply with the following procedures when using subcontractors to assist in your provision of delivery services (as defined in your Runner Software Agreement):

• Subcontractor engagement process: All individuals or entities who will be providing services to you as a subcontractor must sign up to become a Runner at run.favordelivery.com, pass a background check, and sign the Runner Software Agreement.
• Notify Favor: In order to have a subcontractor associated with your account, you must do the following:
  • The individual who will be performing subcontracting services will need to create a Favor Runner account here.
  • Once the subcontractor has signed up and has their account created you will need to register them as a subcontractor here. 
• Single accounts: All individuals who will be providing subcontracting services must agree to use their own account for the completion of orders. Users that are found using multiple accounts or multiple individuals using the same account at the same time will be submitted for review. 

All details of the subcontracting agreement, including compensation and responsibilities, are between you and your subcontractor only.
